Blodgett SHO-100-G DBL, Sho Series Full Size Double Gas Convection Oven

38" Gas Double Convection Oven (SHO-G-Double) is a full-size oven with the reliability of Blodgett at an economical price. This quality options features the same standard attributes that all Blodgett convection ovens are known for including a full angle iron frame and a porcelainized 2-sided wall lining.

Standard depth baking compartment - accepts five 18" x 26" standard fullsize
baking pans in left-to-right positions.

• Full angle-iron frame

• Dual pane thermal glass window on left hand door, solid right hand door
• Tubular chrome handle with simultaneous door operation
• Triple-mounted pressure lock door design with turnbuckle assembly

to 500°F (260°C)
• Two speed fan motor
• 1/3 horsepower blower motor with automatic thermal overload protection
• Control area cooling fan
