Duke DPAH-3HF, EconoMate Hot Food Portable Buffet, 3 Sections

Econo-Mate Buffet Units

Economate - perfectly named because this is our most economical line of buffet units. Good looks and durability in one group at an affordable price. EconoMate Buffet Units are perfect for the limited space facility: All floor models are only 22-1/2" wide.

The units can be mixed and matched to fit your design needs. The heavy gauge steel bodies come in twelve (12) standard powder coat paint colors and have heavy gauge stainless steel tops.

Powder Coat Paint Colors

All full size EconoMates are portable, with open or closed storage bases. The floor models are standard with swivel casters for portability.

Each unit comes with a one-piece clear Plexiglas canopy.

The electric Hot Food Unit is NSF Standard 4 compliant and comes in either 3 or 4 well sizes. All heat wells have exposed elements in 8-1/2" deep galvanized steel liners for dry operation.

STANDARD FEATURES:

  • Heavy gauge paint grip steel
  • Choice of (12) powder coat paint colors (must choose one)
  • Heavy gauge, 300 Series stainless steel top
  • Clear plexiglass canopy, with black powder coat steel brackets,
    powder coat steel ends to match body
  • 5" NSF listed black swivel casters, 2 with locks
  • Closed base with doors

HEAT COMPARTMENT:

  • 12" x 20" top opening
  • Insulation on sides, ends, and bottom of 8" deep compartment
  • Infinite switch controls, exposed electric element
  • 6' cord with plug
